And thanks to the amenities found throughout the building, residents can entertain friends and family without having to make a mess in their own units. For example, the building is equipped with a concierge, a party room, visitor parking, and even guest suites for those who want to stay the night. What’s more, there’s also a gym, indoor pool, sauna, and barbecues at 4090 Living Arts Drive.

Those willing to venture out a little further will find the Square One Shopping Centre about 300 metres away, plus a Cineplex Cinemas and Playdium Amusement Centre are both a short walk away.
Transportation
Whether residents prefer to drive or ride public transit, it’s easy to get around Mississauga with an address like 4090 Living Arts Drive. The latter group can catch buses from the City Centre Transit Terminal, which takes about 15 minutes to reach by foot or 10 by bus; local buses also stop just outside the building, on both Confederation Parkway and Living Arts Drive. As for drivers, the 403 can be accessed via Mavis Road or Hurontario Street, and once there it’s just a short ride away to the 401 or the 407.
